In March, we were proud to support a truly historic moment for both Newcastle United and the city, with the club’s long-awaited Carabao Cup victory at Wembley. The win marked a monumental achievement for the team and a celebration decades in the making. The city came alive with pride and passion as thousands lined the streets to celebrate the victory.

As part of the official celebrations, we were commissioned to deliver an exclusive VIP family experience within the players' hospitality marquee on the Town Moor. This bespoke activation catered specifically to the players and their families, offering premium, thoughtfully curated entertainment that celebrated the occasion while providing a relaxed and joyful environment for guests of all ages.

Inside the marquee, we created a high-end immersive setting that seamlessly combined creativity, comfort, and celebration. Luxury activity stations allowed children to create personalised keepsakes, whilst our professionally trained event staff engaged families through music, storytelling and play. Our team ensured a warm, attentive atmosphere throughout, adapting the experience to suit everyone from babies to older children.

Every detail was considered, from elegant styling and custom décor to premium materials and smooth flowing coordination - resulting in a refined yet playful space that matched the significance of the event. The experience not only gave players’ families a moment to relax and enjoy together, but also emphasised the club’s commitment to celebrating its success.

This project showcased our strength in delivering bespoke experiences within premium settings, and further established our ability to bring creativity, care, and corporate level services to a major milestone moment.
